Yes we are, but, we only accept pictures of the character Chibi Chibi from Sailor Moon...and most pictures I get, even though I made countless journals saying not to....people send in drawings of characters in chibi form....when I've stated countless times this is for the character named Chibi Chibi not drawings of chibi characters...sorry it took me so long to reply.
